TCM SwitchUp
The pebble in our shoe: TCM is the home for Hollywood blockbusters but ayeye, people perceived it as a channel that only showed golden oldies…Er…Wrong! That’s why we had to show South Africa the real TCM deal.
The Idea
How we sprinkled the masala: We called it the Switch Up! We beckoned our guests into the TCM world brought to life with zombies, vampires and a few Spartan soldiers (yes, they had 8 packs). It was ALL about content discovery but in an experiential form…from sparring in the real Rocky boxing ring and fighting off flesh-eating zombies to 300 Spartan soldiers breaking through a wall…we had it all.
